Pauls Soyfoods, one of our main suppliers of organic vegetables and bread has recently bought this new 7.5 Tonne diesel electric Eco Hybrid truck, in order to help reduce their emissions and environmental impact. Soyfoods, based in Melton Mowbray and founded by Paul Jones 45 years ago, was the first company in the UK to produce tofu, and they supply many of our fantastic organic vegetables. At this time when we in the UK are experiencing such high levels of air pollution, we say well done Pauls!
